How can I return an item?
Return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and with the tags still attached. To initiate a return, contact us via info@veresfashion.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will then send you a return form and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
